Kathy became a full time Real Estate professional in 2001 after a 17 year career in the technology industry. She spent several years with a local Real Estate firm before opening Peters Home Team Realty in 2010. In the past 20 years, she has successfully represented buyers and sellers in over 700 transactions all over the Metro Atlanta area. She has the market knowledge and experience to help home buyers, sellers and investors make informed decisions on their real estate transactions
Tom Peters
Buyers Agent - Owner
Tom became a full time Real Estate professional in 2004 after a 15 years in the technology industry and then 10 years with a home remodeling business. He brings his experience in the home construction and remodeling industry to help home buyers and investors make solid, knowledgeable decisions on their purchase. He is also the photographer for our team and has photographed over 400 homes for our website and marketing.
Nancy Spencer
Closing Coordinator
Nancy has over 31 years of experience as a licensed Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Closing Coordinator. She works closely with each buyer and seller after their contract is binding, making sure all details of the closing are accomplished on time. She will give extra attention to explaining the closing process and assist with keeping the buyer or seller informed at all times.
