  • I represent buyers and sellers in the north Metro Atlanta area.
  • I specialize in the Parkview and Brookwood school districts. But I represent buyers and sellers in all areas of Metro Atlanta.
  • I bring my 21 years of Real Estate experience to help home buyers, sellers and investors make solid knowledgeable decisions on their real estate transactions.
  • I am hard working, ethical and will provide you with exceptional service.

  • Earned Brokers license in 2005.
  • Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). 
  • Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) specializing in short sales, REO, and investor rehab/resales.
  • Member of the following Real Estate professional organizations: NAR, GAR, NAMAR, and the Council of Residential Specialists.
  • Lifetime member of the Elite Realtor Society.
  • Real Estate advocate for Gwinnett Habitat for Humanity.
  • Former professional Software Developer/Project Manager.

  • Married to my "soul mate", Tom for 27 years. He is my life partner, business partner and an integral part of Peters Home Team Realty.
  • We have 2 beautiful daughters, Brittany and Rachel.
  • Brittany graduated from University of Georgia this past spring and works at a great job in Atlanta.  She plays disc golf, and enjoys UGA football! 
  • Rachel is a 9th grader at Parkview High School. She plays softball, disc golf and loves playing her guitar.

  • I bring my experience in the home construction and remodeling industry to help home buyers and investors make solid, knowledgeable decisions on their purchase.
  • I am hard working, ethical and will provide you with exceptional service.

Accomplishments

  • Has earned the  certification from the National Association of Realtors.  The e-PRO certification shows knowledge of the latest internet and technology innovations that can be used to effectively market and sell your home on the internet. 
  • Member of the following Real Estate professional organizations: NAR, GAR and NAMAR.
  • Full time agent. This is not a sideline or part time job.
  • Strong technology orientation with 15 years experience as a Software Engineer, Project Manager and Manager.
  • 20+ years experience in home construction and remodeling.

Family

  • Married to Kathy for 27 years. And yes, all 27 have been great. She plays ALTA tennis and is the best mother and wife that anyone could ask for. She is also the other member of The Peters Home Team.
  • I have 2 children Brittany and Rachel.

Robin Finlayson - Realtor

  • I bring an Art background with design experience to help home buyers see the potential in their home choices.

  • I am diligent,ethical and will provide you with exceptional service.

Accomplishments

  • Salesperson license in 2010.
  • Member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors.
  • Database manager designing airport simulations for flight simulators.
  • Taught junior high school art for seven years.

 

Special Interest/ Hobbies

  • Martial arts, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
  • Running, tennis, and keeping up with all of my childrens' sports.
  • Actively involved with PTA at my childrens' schools.
  • Sports photography.
  • Coaching my daughter's softball team.

Family

  • I have been married to my “Canadian snowbird” husband, Doug, for 17 years.
  • We have twin boys who are in the seventh grade, and one daughter in the fourth grade
  • Our weekends are often filled with football, soccer, and softball games.
  • We also enjoy family hikes with our two dogs, Tattoo (a mastiff) and Tinkerbell (a frisbee catching mutt).

 

 

 

  

Nancy Spencer – Closing Transaction Coordinator

  • I bring 17 years of experience as a Real Estate Closing Coordinator.
  • I work closely with each buyer or seller after their contract is binding, making sure all details of the closing are timely accomplished.
  • I give extra attention to explaining the closing process and assist with keeping the buyer or seller informed at all times.

Accomplishments

  • Licensed Real Estate Agent for 20 years.
  • Closing Transaction Coordinator for 15 years.

Special Interest/Hobbies

  • Teaching ESL to Internationals at my church – this is my 18th year, along with all of the other church activities and projects.
  • Gardening – I love flowers!

Family

  • I have one daughter and son-in-law who live in the Metro Atlanta area. I am grateful they are nearby. We are together often and enjoy many fun times.
